Frequently asked questions
What counts as a “cited answer”?
Each time you ask a question and the assistant responds with source-linked evidence, that’s one cited answer. Browsing the timeline or viewing items directly doesn’t count toward your quota.
Can I add more family members later?
Yes. Additional members beyond your plan’s included seats cost $3/member/month. You can invite or remove members at any time.
What happens if I exceed my storage?
Extra storage is available at $4/TB/month. You’ll receive a notice before charges apply, and you can always export or remove items to stay within your plan.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a guided onboarding so you can import a small set of items and experience Q&A before committing. Reach out and we’ll set you up.
How is my data protected?
Your archive is encrypted at rest and in transit. Permission controls ensure each family member sees only what they’re approved to access. You can export or delete your data at any time.
What does the Concierge setup include?
A dedicated specialist helps you digitize, organize, and import up to 10 hours of physical and digital media—photos, letters, audio, and more. They handle scanning, transcription, and initial timeline setup.
